5. Payments and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Lessons and packages are non-refundable once purchased. Pre-paid packages must be completed within any applicable validity period and are non-transferable and non-refundable in part. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled lesson will result in the full cost of that lesson being charged to your account. Additional lessons may not be booked until any outstanding balance is settled.

7. Safety and Conduct

Students are required to arrive to all lessons in appropriate attire, including closed-toe, properly secured footwear. Flip-flops and open-toe shoes are not permitted. Students must follow all instructions provided by their instructor. Pro Driving Academy reserves the right to terminate a lesson or cancel a student's enrollment without refund if safety rules or conduct standards are not met.

8. Recording Notice

All lessons and interactions with Pro Driving Academy instructors and vehicles may be recorded for insurance, liability, and safety purposes. By participating in any lesson, you consent to being recorded.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pro Driving Academy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any driving lesson. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific lesson or package in question.
